Biblically Anchored Ministry Work and Charity
Our organization provides leadership and pastoral development, skill-building workshops, mentorship, and counseling designed to address isolation, burnout, and practical ministry challenges. These efforts are complemented by humanitarian initiatives that respond to hunger and hardship, reflecting a holistic approach that nurtures spiritual formation while addressing real-world needs with compassion and wisdom.
Serving Faithfully to a Great Divine Calling
Our nonprofit was born from a deep spiritual burden and firsthand encounters with unmet needs among pastors and vulnerable families. Its work reflects a belief that when those who serve are strengthened and the overlooked are cared for, lasting transformation follows. Rooted in prayer and obedience to God’s call, the ministry bridges spiritual conviction with practical love, seeking to honor Christ by refreshing weary hearts and restoring dignity.
A Calling to Strengthen the Shepherds
Kingdom Shepherds Global Network Incorporated was born from a divine calling placed on the hearts of its founders, Ben and Rebecca Sherman. They witnessed pastors and church leaders faithfully serving while often isolated, unsupported, and overwhelmed. In response, they established a Christ-centered network providing biblical training, mentorship, and practical guidance. Their mission expanded to include humanitarian outreach after encountering deep needs among vulnerable communities, particularly in Africa.
Today, the organization bridges spiritual formation and compassionate care, strengthening those who serve and restoring dignity to the hungry, widows, elders, and families. Rooted in Scripture, integrity, and unity, this work advances God’s Kingdom through faithful obedience and love.
"God called us to strengthen those who strengthen others—to equip the shepherds, uplift the weary, and extend His love to the least among us. Kingdom Shepherds Global Network is our answer to that call.”
